1. Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the cbji platform and its users. In this document, "cbji", "platform", or "we" refers to the authority operating this website. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

2. Membership and Eligibility

Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and other details accurately at the time of registration. Registering with false or misleading information is a direct violation of these terms and conditions.

3. Account Management

The security of your cbji account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.

Identity Verification (KYC)

cbji may request identity verification at any time. In such cases, you may be required to submit a copy of your national ID or passport and proof of your payment method. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

Account Security

Use a strong password and change it regularly.
Always log out after using an unfamiliar device or a public network.
If you notice any unusual activity on your account, inform the support team immediately.
You are responsible for all transactions made on your account.

Account Inactivity

If there is no login or transaction for 365 consecutive days, the account may be marked as inactive. Contact the support team for details regarding balances in inactive accounts.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cbji are handled through digital mobile banking. To ensure secure and fast payments, cbji accepts only popular mobile financial services available in Bangladesh.

Deposits

Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (for each method).

Deposits from payment accounts registered under a third party's name will not be accepted.

Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus offers on cbji are provided subject to specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means you have agreed to all terms related to that bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus funds, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, a wagering of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed.

Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount applies.
Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
Only settled bets count toward wagering; cancelled or incomplete bets are not counted.
Bonus balances are generally valid for 30 days. If wagering is not completed within this period, the bonus may be cancelled.

Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus offers, using strategies that only target low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in any other form of abuse gives cbji the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6. Gaming Rules

Each game and sports betting section on cbji has its own detailed rules. These general rules apply equally to all gaming activities.

General Gaming Rules

Once a round or bet has started, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, cbji may cancel that round and refund the staked amount.
If you have a dispute about a game result, you must notify the support team within 24 hours.
Server logs and game history will be treated as final evidence.

Sports Betting Special Rules

If the odds on a pre-match bet change before the match starts, the new odds will apply if you have not yet confirmed the bet.
If a match is abandoned or postponed, the staked amount will be refunded, unless the specific category has separate rules.

7. VIP Program

cbji's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

Weekly Cashback

Each VIP tier earns cashback on weekly net losses: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and up to 1.0% at Diamond. For example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

VIP Benefit Conditions

Cashback is automatically credited to the account every Monday.
VIP tier is determined based on the volume and consistency of play.
cbji reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
VIP benefits will be cancelled if fraudulent activity is involved.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbji platform. Violating these restrictions may result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

Opening or operating multiple accounts.
Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
Playing using bots, automated software, or algorithms.
Intentionally identifying and exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of bets.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
Deliberately placing low-risk bets with the intent of meeting wagering requirements.
Intimidating, threatening, or harassing cbji staff.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

cbji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and under any circumstances, without reason. Action is generally taken in the following situations:

Reasons for Suspension

For investigation when there is suspicion of a terms violation.
If KYC verification has not been completed.
In cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.
At the user's own request for responsible gambling reasons.

Reasons for Permanent Closure

Involvement in prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
Providing false information regarding age or identity.
Evidence of operating multiple accounts.

After an account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw a legitimate balance may be provided, but this depends on the outcome of the investigation. In cases of bonus-related irregularities, the entire bonus balance will be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

cbji will not be held liable for any financial or other loss in the following situations:

If a game or bet is disrupted due to loss of internet connection, device issues, or other technical faults.
If a third-party service (payment gateway, game provider) is disrupted.
If the service is disrupted due to a natural disaster, cyberattack, or other unforeseen event.
If a loss occurs because the user shared their login credentials with a third party.

The cbji platform operates in good faith. If any technical error is found, cbji will attempt to resolve it and may offer reasonable compensation to affected users.
